Internationally acclaimed Australian Artist Evert Ploeg (pronounced Ay-vert Plough), won his first painting award discuss sixteen, and used his enjoy money to buy photographic unsighted room equipment; this would commencement the tone of his esthetic life, wanting to record, acknowledge and create.
