The world also knows him as the premier mercenary photographer for JET magazine…his “Beauty of the Week” feature edified the loveliness of Black body of men and helped make historic shifts in the pop culture. Nevertheless we who know “Mac” employment his friendship or “familial being”—whether you’ve played softball with him, have posed as his maquette, have chatted warmly with him backstage, have been mentored splendid encouraged by his visionary proficient for talent, and so assorted instances more —know a chap of abounding compassion, kindness, wit, and his motto: “We designing only in this world molest help one another”—something his predictive Grandma Gertrude always instilled .
